All Things Fair

In 1943, during World War II, Stig, a 15-year-old young man, shares with his classmates a teenager's interest in the mysteries of sex. He soon discovers something before anyone else that he doesn't share with them: he is having an affair with his teacher, Viola, who is married to Kjell, a traveling lingerie salesman. Kjell, who calls himself Frank because he sells more, is a lover of gin, Beethoven and Mahler, and although he is in love with his wife, he occasionally cheats on her too. While he has his romantic encounters with Viola, Stig develops a strong friendship with Frank.
