Day of the Dead: Bloodline

Remake of the 1985 classic directed by George A. Romero (‘Dawn of the Dead’, ‘Land of the Dead’) in which zombies return to a more conventional style. The world has been decimated by the living dead, who have wiped out nearly all remaining life on the planet. However, a few humans have fought and survived the threat and taken refuge in a military base, where they hope to stay protected while searching for a cure for the infection. Frustrated by the lack of quick results, the group decides to run experiments that can control and modify zombie behavior, so they can gain control over them and have a chance to escape. A helicopter and thousands of the dead stand between them and their longed-for freedom.
