The second season of Kakegurui kicks off with an announcement that shakes up Hyakkaou Academy: Kirari Momobami calls an election to choose a new president, decided by points accumulated through gambling. Erimi Mushibami challenges Yumeko Jabami and Midari to a game involving a finger-cutting guillotine, and tension rises as the race for the presidency draws in more rivals.
