What Season 1 of Rubi
The series alternates between two timelines, 2020 and 2040. In the future, journalist Carla Rangel wants to interview a woman who lives in isolation at a mansion on the outskirts of Mexico City. She is Rubí Pérez Ochoa, a young woman from humble origins who used her looks and charm to escape poverty and gain prestige. Her ambition pushes her to leave behind anyone who gets in her way. Along the way she crosses paths with Alejandro, who sparks an intense attraction in her, and with Héctor, a wealthy and jealous man who draws her into a dangerous relationship. Maribel, the woman Rubí plans to ruin, completes the triangle of conflict.
