What Season 57 of Scene of the Crime

Each episode of this season moves the investigation to a different city, with its own police team. Dresden, the Black Forest, Stuttgart and Bremen serve as settings for stories about families marked by secrets, guilt and conflicts that erupt in closed environments. In Dortmund, the past of the Yugoslav Wars resurfaces, while in Ludwigshafen people respect self-proclaimed sheriffs more than the police. Kiel introduces the partnership of Mila Sahin and Elli Krieger, and Munich brings together Batic and Leitmayr for their final case. The detectives look for who acted and why, but the architecture, customs and atmosphere of each city matter just as much as they do.
