The evil Shredder has one single, wicked plan: to destroy the four superhero Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Raphael, Leonardo, Michelangelo and Donatello. To do so, he kidnaps Professor Jordan Perry, creator of the "ooze" that makes the Turtles' mutation possible. Shortly after, Shredder applies the precious substance to two creatures he has just recruited, turning them into terrifying, imposing ninja warriors who will fight and try to end the superheroes. However, the heroes manage to stand up to the dangerous criminal, with the help of their master Splinter, the elegant journalist April and the pizza delivery boy Keno.
