The Phantom of the Opera

Disfigured from birth, a bitter man known only as the Phantom lives in the sewers beneath the Paris Opera House. He falls in love with Christine, a lonely chorus singer, and secretly takes her under his wing while terrorizing the rest of the opera company and demanding that Christine be given leading roles. Things get worse when Christine reunites with a childhood friend, Raoul, and the two fall in love.
