The Resident

Juliet Deverau (Hilary Swank) is a doctor looking for a rental apartment in New York after deciding to change homes. During her search, she finds an apartment to her liking, where she meets Max (Jeffrey Dean Morgan), the landlord of the building, and his grandfather August (Christopher Lee). At night, the house shakes and objects fall off shelves as a train passes nearby. This noise keeps Juliet from noticing that a stalker is in her home, watching her. Little by little, Juliet begins to notice that suspicious things are happening and starts to wonder whether someone else is in the house.
