What Season 1 of Are You Afraid of the Dark?

The season opens with a group of teenagers who call themselves The Midnight Society. They meet in secret in the woods at night, around a campfire. Before they begin, one of them tosses midnight dust into the flames, and the smoke turns white. Each week, another member takes the floor and tells a horror story. The tales involve demons, ghosts, haunted houses and curses that fall on ordinary kids. Each episode follows the narrator's story while the others listen from the clearing. Ross Hull and Daniel DeSanto star. Among the stories are a vengeful clown, a claw that grants wishes, and a young woman who must spend a night alone in a haunted house.
