What Season 13 of Doctor Who

The season opens with the Doctor summoned to Earth by the Brigadier, who investigates wrecked oil rigs off the Scottish coast, destroyed by an alien presence. Then the Doctor travels with Sarah Jane and Harry through very different stories: a missing expedition on Zeta Minor, a 1911 priory surrounded by mummies and threatened by Sutekh, an empty British village watched over by figures in white, and a stormy planet littered with crashed ships. Each story pits the Doctor against a different adversary, but all revolve around beings who pursue their goals at the expense of others. Without UNIT as its usual backup, the Doctor acts on his own.
