What Season 5 of El Chavo: The Animated Series
Season five of the animated El Chavo opens with familiar stories from the original show, but with the children drawn to scale. The scripts are by Roberto Gómez Bolaños. Since La Chilindrina does not appear, Ñoño, Popis and Quico split her role among themselves. El Chavo lives with his gang in the vecindad, and the plots revolve around the neighbors' daily lives. Conflicts arise from the kids' mischief and from Don Ramón's greed, which drags everyone to the racetrack or sets up a barbershop in the park. Professor Jirafales and Mr. Barriga also get the kids into schemes that end in disaster.
