What Season 1 of Goliath

Billy McBride was a founding partner of the law firm Cooperman McBride, but today he lives in a hotel by the Santa Monica pier and rarely sets foot in court. When his former firm faces a wrongful death lawsuit against Borns Technology, one of its biggest clients, Billy reluctantly takes the case and works on it with a team as unconventional as he is. His goal is to take a powerful company to trial and win a case that will decide what is left of his career. The judge gives him just one day to present something conclusive, and threats begin to appear as he gets closer to the truth. The series, created by David E. Kelley and Jonathan Shapiro, airs on Amazon Prime Video and stars Billy Bob Thornton.
