What Season 1 of Prehistoric Planet

A natural history team uses computer-generated imagery to recreate the animals that inhabited Earth 66 million years ago, in the late Cretaceous, just before the non-avian dinosaurs disappeared. They are the stars, spread across the planet, and David Attenborough presents them in the style of a nature documentary. The episodes show how they might have behaved, based on recent paleontological research. A pregnant Tuarangisaurus struggles in waters full of predators, a Barbaridactylus fights for mates in the skies of North Africa, and an eight-ton Deinocheirus tries to escape flies in an Asian wetland. Mike Gunton serves as creator.
