What Season 1 of Raising Voices
Alma is 17 years old, rebellious, struggles at school, and has very low self-esteem. Just days before her final exams week in senior year, she unfurls a banner in front of her high school with a warning in red letters: a predator is hiding inside. Her two best friends, Greta and Nata, have known her since childhood. The first episode shows how and when the assault behind that gesture happened. From there, the investigation puts Alma and her relationships to the test, through unsettling flashbacks and messages that torment her. The miniseries, created by Miguel Sáez Carral and José Manuel Lorenzo, premieres on Netflix starring Nicole Wallace, Clara Galle and Aïcha Villaverde.
