What Season 1 of Rules of Engagement

Jeff and Audrey have been married for years and act more like two rivals than a calm couple. They often meet their friends at The Island Diner, a spot in New York. Facing them are Jennifer and Adam, newly engaged and convinced they will agree on everything. Russell, the most sought-after bachelor in the group, enjoys his freedom and wants no strings attached. Dates, promises, and marriage keep causing constant clashes, because each one tries to come out on top. Between fights over an old bicycle, Jeff's birthday party, and a gift pact, the group faces its own rules.

Meanwhile, Jeff inadvertently starts a fight between Audrey and himself about an old bicycle.
