Audrey Avila

Audrey Avila wasn't looking for the spotlight when she started acting in Los Angeles. In 2011, she appeared in the short film The Last Day, and that's when she learned the industry gives nothing away for free. It was a quiet start.

And the gamble paid off.

In 2013, she joined the cast of A Line in the Sand. But her real breakthrough came with broadcast television in the United States. Procedural series demand a discipline that few actors can sustain over the long term.

The Weight of Broadcast Television

In 2020, she played Kim in the ABC series The Baker and the Beauty. It was a short-lived project, but it helped her get noticed by the most influential casting directors on the West Coast.

Two years later, she landed the role of Andrea in The Cleaning Lady. In 2022, the series delivered solid ratings for the FOX network. Avila plays a character who moves in the shadows of a complex criminal plot.

Tension on set was constant.

In 2024, the production reached its third season with intense shoots in Las Vegas and New Mexico. Avila has held her spot on a show that averages more than three million viewers per episode in its original broadcast.

Production and damage control

Her career isn't limited to standing in front of the camera. In 2014, she served as producer on the short film The Last Night. So she knows well what happens when the budget runs out before the editing is finished.

Before accepting a script, she analyzes the financial viability of the project. She has no interest in empty prestige. She prefers working on sets where logistics are locked down from the first day of preproduction.

Because order saves money.

In 2023, she strengthened her network of contacts in the California independent film scene. Her profile blends dramatic acting with a technical management skill that is rare among actresses of her generation.

In 2024, her official filmography lists eighteen professional credits. The average cost of the episodes she appears in exceeds two million dollars per hour of footage.
