What Season 1 of Old Dog, New Tricks

Antón is a grumpy, broke rural veterinarian from Galicia who watches his countryside clients slip away. With no other way out, he agrees to work at the luxury pet products store run by his niece Uxía. Used to dealing with cattle ranchers and farm animals, he will have to sell indulgences to owners who spoil their dogs like children. The series shows his clash with this new reality and with Uxía's positive outlook. Along the way, there are corrupt ranchers, tensions with Sabela, Uxía's new boyfriend, and an inspection that shakes up the company. Antón tries to hold on to his character and his trade, though anxiety is gaining ground.
