What Season 1 of BLUE LOCK

Yoichi Isagi has just been knocked out with his high school team in the prefectural final. Just as he thinks his football journey is over, he receives a letter inviting him to a strange experiment. Blue Lock brings together 300 students, all strikers, under a plan by the Japan Football Union to develop the forward who will lead Japan to the World Cup. The participants compete against each other for the spot and for the title of top scorer. Ego leads the project and tests the tension between selfishness and teamwork. Isagi must decide how far his ambition will take him, while his rivals either support one another or betray each other depending on what suits them.
