What Season 1 of Muted
Six years after killing his parents as a minor, Sergio Ciscar (Arón Piper) is released from prison in Bilbao. He has not spoken or cooperated with the justice system during that time, so no one knows what drove him to the crime or what he wants now. Psychiatrist Ana Dussuel (Almudena Amor) and her team must decide whether he is a danger to society, and they watch him in secret day and night. Sergio, fed up with being watched from the outside, looks for his younger sister, the only family member who treated him well. Created by Aitor Gabilondo for Netflix, the series pits his silence against the pressure from those studying him.
