What Season 1 of The Mist

A thunderstorm shakes a small town in Maine. The next day everything seems calm, until a thick, unnatural fog rolls in and cuts visibility down to nearly zero. The residents are cut off, and creatures emerge from the mist to attack anyone who dares to step outside. Kevin Copeland, played by Morgan Spector, leads a group of residents trying to resist without losing their morale or their sanity. The family is split up, and their paths scatter across town, the shopping mall and the hospital. Based on the novel by Stephen King, the series blends mystery, horror and science fiction.
