What Season 16 of Naruto Shippūden

After the Third Great Ninja War, the Hidden Leaf Village is divided over who should take on the role of Hokage. In this arc, Kakashi is a member of ANBU, the elite unit that serves directly under the Fourth Hokage, and he still carries the weight of that war. His reputation as a cold-blooded killer follows him as he tries to uncover who is behind illegal genetic experiments. Threats also come from within his own organization, and Orochimaru and his followers are hunting him. Along the way he crosses paths with a young man who wields the Wood Style, a very rare jutsu. Kakashi must face it all while his unit takes shape, with Itachi Uchiha as one of its youngest members.
