What Season 5 of Spooks

The season opens with Great Britain shaken by a series of terrorist attacks. The Section D team suspects a conspiracy to bring down democracy and turn the country into a police state. The government responds with harsh emergency measures, and MI5 fears that influential figures within the system itself may be behind the attacks. Zafar infiltrates a homegrown jihadist cell preparing a mass attack on London. Ruth, meanwhile, uncovers a British military intelligence cover-up linked to a prison fire, something that could have serious consequences for her. From The Grid, Adam, Ros and their colleagues must stay one step ahead of threats with incomplete information.
