What Season 4 of The Bear
Season 4 opens with Carmy, Sydney and Richie determined to pull through at The Bear and take it to the next level. Just getting by is no longer enough: the team has to adapt to new challenges that come up during every service and adjust the way they work. Carmy continues to carry his own grief and the loss of Michael, which has marked the whole family. The heart of the season is the pursuit of excellence, which means getting better and also deciding what's truly worth keeping. Every character has to make that choice.
