What Season 1 of The Ministry of Time

Time Travel Ministry opens with the arrival of a new unit: Julián Martínez, a 21st-century paramedic with Madrid's SAMUR; Alonso de Entrerríos, a soldier in the Spanish Army of Flanders; and Amelia Folch, a 19th-century university student. The three work for a secret department of the Spanish Government that guards the doors of time. Their mission is to stop intruders from other eras from altering history for their own benefit. Each episode takes them to a different moment, from the 1808 war to Madrid in 1981, and they must stop anyone trying to twist the past. The institution answers only to the Office of the Spanish Prime Minister, and very few people know it exists.
