What Season 1 of The Pitt

Dr. Michael “Robby” Robinavitch, an attending emergency physician at Pittsburgh's Trauma Medical Center, starts a grueling shift at the hospital that its staff calls The Pitt. He is still dealing with the aftermath of the pandemic and, that same day, has to train four incoming residents. A single shift with patients who keep arriving, scarce staff and limited resources sets the pace of the episodes. Tensions among the professionals add to their personal conflicts. Samira, Santos, Whitaker, Collins and Dana are some of the colleagues who keep the department running alongside Robby. Created by R. Scott Gemmill and starring Noah Wyle, it streams on HBO Max.
