What Season 1 of The Quintessential Quintuplets
Fuutarou Uesugi is a solitary, highly dedicated second-year high school student whose family is drowning in debt and getting by on very little. When he lands a job as a private tutor, he discovers that his student is Itsuki Nakano, a classmate he has already clashed with. Itsuki and her four sisters, identical quintuplets who are all very attractive, share one common trait: they hate studying, and their grades are on the verge of disaster. Fuutarou has to earn their trust so they will finally hit the books. Along the way, the sisters put obstacles in his path, especially Nino, who is determined to sabotage him. On top of that, the girls' father warns that he will fire Fuutarou if any of them fails.
