What Season 1 of White Collar

Neal Caffrey is a con artist, forger and white-collar thief who has spent years playing cat and mouse with the FBI. Sentenced to four years in prison, he escapes from a maximum-security federal prison with one goal: to find Kate, his ex-girlfriend. Agent Peter Burke, who caught him the first time, tracks him down and sends him back to his cell. Caffrey then offers him a deal: help the FBI catch white-collar criminals in exchange for early release through a work-release program. Thus begins a forced alliance between a brilliant criminal and the man who pursues him. Each case tests the trust between them. The story is set in New York City.
