What Season 3 of Xena: Warrior Princess

The season opens with Ares convincing the Furies to curse Xena. The curse hounds her relentlessly and drives her to madness until she avenges her father's murder. Xena cannot escape her past, because every mission brings her face to face with it. Alongside Gabrielle, she travels through walled villages and roads plagued by warlords and outlaw gangs, putting her weapons skills at the service of those who cannot defend themselves. Her rivals range from Agathon, whose army is armed with Hephaestus's metal, to Julius Caesar and the Persians. Gabrielle, naive and newly arrived in the world, balances Xena's harsh temperament.
