Noah Beck

From the grass to the algorithm

Noah Beck left the soccer fields of the University of Portland in 2020. He had a sports scholarship and a future mapped out on the pitch, but lockdown changed the priorities of half the planet. He started posting videos to an app that many back then dismissed as childish.

It worked better than expected.

Within a few months he had millions of followers. But Beck didn't want to be just a face dancing in front of an iPhone in a Los Angeles mansion. His real goal was the Hollywood film sets and managing projects behind the camera.

The move into traditional scripted acting

In 2021, he began studying acting privately to move beyond the content creator stigma. He knew the film industry can be hostile to people who come from the internet. So he looked for roles where his look fit but his technical effort was genuine.

The influencer label weighs heavily.

He starred in the movie The QB Bad Boy and Me in 2024. The project grew out of a Wattpad novel and allowed him to play Drayton Lahey, a quarterback struggling with inner conflicts. The production was backed by Lionsgate and Tubi for its wide distribution.

The business behind the camera

He didn't just wait for casting directors to call. In 2023, he founded his own production company with strategic partners to control his stories. It's called Beck & Woods.

Creative control was non-negotiable.

He appeared in the film The Threesome, shot in 2024, where he shared the cast with actors with longer careers. The tone here was adult comedy, a different register from his early days on social media. The budget for these independent productions usually hovers around five million dollars.

By the end of 2024, his presence at fashion events and film festivals had become constant. In 2025, he has two shoots scheduled in Atlanta whose official titles have not yet been revealed. The company keeps a strict confidentiality agreement over the finished scripts.
