In the crime capital, you never find a cop when you need one. But when it comes to this one... one is enough.
Hong Kong police officer Chia Chu is sent to China to take on a drug trafficking ring. After freeing the drug lord's brother from prison, he and another officer (a beautiful Communist policewoman) are taken to Hong Kong to work for the syndicate. The boss's wife has been arrested in Malaysia on drug trafficking charges and will soon be executed, but since she is the only one who knows the account number at a Swiss bank where the drug money is stashed, they will have to free her.
