Tad, the Lost Explorer

Adapted from the short film that won a Goya in 2004, whose lead character, Tadeo Jones, is a kind of Spanish Indiana Jones. Tadeo is a simple construction worker living in Chicago, but he has an adventurous and dreamy spirit. One day he is mistaken for a famous archaeologist and sent to Peru to carry out a difficult mission. There he must stop a gang of criminals who make a living stealing treasures and who, this time, plan to loot a legendary Inca city that has just been discovered. But in this thrilling adventure, Tadeo won't be alone: he'll have the help of his loyal little dog Jeff; Sara (Michelle Jenner, 'Alien'), the beautiful archaeology professor; Freddy (José Mota, 'The Spark of Life'), a strange Peruvian guide who wears a "multi-purpose" jacket; a parrot that can't talk; and a bounty hunter. Will Tadeo and his companions be able to save this iconic city?
