What Season 3 of Chicago Med

Season 3 opens with Gaffney hospital in the midst of major change. After the shooting that Dr. Charles suffers, the team tries to bring the person responsible to justice, while Rhodes remains anxious about Robin's recovery after she had a brain tumor removed. The hospital board pressures Goodwin to introduce changes, and the staff tries to maintain compassion amid the chaos. Halstead and Manning's romantic entanglements, and the struggles of Choi and April to balance work, also complicate day-to-day life. Between cases like Natalie's and a complicated pregnancy, the line between personal and professional life grows increasingly blurred.
