Hashira Training Arc
What Season 5 of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba
The fifth season picks up after the events in the village of swordsmiths, where Nezuko weighs heavily on everyone's minds. The Hashira gather to decide what to do next, and the answer is an intensive training program aimed at improving the strength and skills of all the Demon Slayers. Tanjiro, now fully recovered, finally joins these sessions and moves from one master to another. Each Hashira tests his body with his own methods, and some are so brutal that few can endure them. Giyu Tomioka, the Water Hashira, lives in isolation, and Tanjiro tries to convince him he is not alone. Meanwhile, Zenitsu grows quiet after receiving a letter. All of this serves Tanjiro's goal: becoming stronger to face Muzan Kibutsuji.
