What Season 22 of Mayday

Season 22 of Mayday: Air Disaster brings together ten episodes about accidents, near misses, hijackings and aviation attacks. Each installment reconstructs the chain of events using dramatized scenes, computer animation and archival footage, while Stephen Bogaert's voice guides the story. Interviews with experts, retired pilots and investigators explain how each emergency happened and how it was investigated. The cases range from the nosedive of an Alaska Airlines flight over the Pacific to the Stealth bomber in Guam, which forces the Air Force to investigate. Other episodes take viewers to Michigan, where a Boeing 727 plunges almost out of control, and to Connecticut, where an American Airlines flight faces a storm on its approach.
