What Season 7 of Night Court

The season opens on the night shift at a criminal court in Manhattan, where urgent cases are dealt with at lightning speed. Presiding over it is Judge Harry Stone, 33 years old, who runs hearings with a mix of jokes and magic tricks. Working with him are Dan Fielding, a vain prosecutor who would do anything to score, and Christine Sullivan, a passionate but naive defense attorney. Bull Shannon, a burly bailiff with a childlike streak, completes the cast. Outrageous defendants parade through the courtroom, and the team gets the job done amid rivalries and antics. Dan gets tangled up in real estate scams and, later, in a case that threatens his law license.
