What Season 4 of Pinky and the Brain

Pinky and the Brain are two genetically modified lab mice living in a cage at Acme Labs. The Brain is very intelligent, but arrogant and bitter. Pinky is kind, though not very bright, and he helps with every plan to take over the world. The season opens with both of them kidnapped by a clown and taken to Hat World, where the hypnotic dancer Schmeerkahoven leaves the Brain brainwashed. Pinky realizes something is wrong and seeks the help of Snowball, from Microsoft. Then new rivals appear, such as Pretty Kitty, a super-intelligent cat, and Mousey Galore, a Russian mouse who steals one of the Brain's inventions. The plans fail because of the Brain's arrogance, his slip-ups or Pinky's clumsiness.
