What Season 2 of Relic Hunter

Season 2 keeps the show's formula. Sydney Fox, a professor at Trinity College, and Nigel Bailey, her linguistics assistant, travel the world recovering relics and returning them to museums or to the descendants of their owners. The starting point is a call from their colleague Ross Crawford, who begins to degenerate after freeing an African idol, forcing the pair to return it to its temple before the winter solstice. After that, each episode follows a different object, from an Indian dagger to a sword from the Urals. Conflict comes from two directions: the traps and puzzles of each mission, and rival hunters who chase the same treasures for money. Nigel brings his reserved nature, and Claudia, from campus, solves the logistical problems.
