What Season 1 of Slow Horses

Slough House is an MI5 building in London where agents who have made serious mistakes, but not quite enough to be fired, are sent. There, they are called "Slow Horses." Their days are spent on boring, routine tasks under the command of Jackson Lamb, a slovenly, rude, insult-hurling boss who hopes they will eventually quit out of boredom. River Cartwright, a promising agent demoted after a failure during a training exercise, is one of them. When he is fired, his situation gets worse, and the team is dragged into a series of problems that test their loyalty. Gary Oldman plays Lamb in this adaptation of Will Smith's Mick Herron novels, available on Apple TV+.
