What Season 1 of Star Trek: Voyager

Captain Kathryn Janeway commands the USS Voyager in the 24th century. Her first mission is to track down a missing Maquis ship in the Badlands, and to do so she frees Tom Paris, a former Starfleet officer, who agrees to help her. The search takes an unexpected turn when the Caretaker, an ancient alien, transports both ships to the Delta Quadrant, 70,000 light-years from home. Stranded in unknown territory, the crew must figure out how to get back to Earth. Meanwhile, B'Elanna Torres faces a court-martial, the Voyager falls into a black hole, and Tom Paris is put on trial for murder. The Maquis, for their part, undergo grueling training led by Tuvok.
