Synopsis of Summertime
Summer is a very introverted young woman who hates summer. She lives in Cesenatico, a small town on the Adriatic coast, with her mother, her younger sister Blue and her best friends, Sofia and Edo. Her father, a jazz musician, has gone abroad to work for the season, so Summer sets out to find a job at El Hotel Magnífico to help bring in money at home. Facing her is Ale, whose way of life is completely opposite to hers. Ale has lost interest in racing, but his father, his biggest supporter, wants him to compete again when the summer ends. Laura, Ale's mother, runs the very hotel where Summer is looking for work. The series was created by Mirko Cetrangolo and Anita Rivaroli, streams on Netflix and stars Coco Rebecca Edogamhe and Ludovico Tersigni.
