What Season 1 of Teach You a Lesson

South Korea faces an education system on the brink of collapse. Bullying, violence, drugs, gangs and corruption have left teachers with almost no tools to enforce discipline. To regain control, the government creates the Office for the Protection of Educational Rights, with broad powers over students, teachers and schools. Its inspector, Na Hwa-jin, a former special forces agent, goes into troubled high schools to confront violent students as well as the parents and administrators who make the situation worse. He is joined by Im Han-rim, a former special forces officer, and Bong Geun-dae, a KAIST graduate who provides the strategy. Minister Choi Gang-seok backs the project. The series, based on the webtoon by Chae Yong-taek and Han Ga-ram, is directed by Hong Jong-chan.
