What Season 2 of Three's Company

Season two opens with the trio already settled in the Santa Monica apartment. Janet, a florist, and Chrissy, a secretary, share the place with Jack, a culinary student, while pretending to their landlord, Stanley Roper, that Jack is gay. Roper doesn't allow single men and women to live together in his building, so every visit or party puts the lie at risk. Jack needs money to pay for school and takes all kinds of jobs. Janet and Chrissy, meanwhile, have their own dates, jealousy and workplace drama. The ABC sitcom follows these three roommates, who have to keep the charade going every day.
