What Season 3 of Three's Company

Janet Wood, a florist, and Chrissy Snow, a secretary, share a two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment in Santa Monica, California. When their roommate Eleanor gets married and moves out, the rent becomes impossible for the two of them to cover. Jack Tripper, a culinary student, shows up at the going-away party and ends up sleeping in the bathtub, which makes him the ideal roommate. But the landlord, Stanley Roper, doesn't allow single men and women under the same roof. Janet tells him Jack is gay, and the trio has to keep the lie going while Roper watches every detail. The episodes tangle the three of them in dates, bets and constant misunderstandings.
