Moonraker

Secret agent James Bond receives orders from his superiors to find the whereabouts of the Moonraker space shuttle, which has mysteriously disappeared. His first investigations lead him to the trail of millionaire Hugo Drax, the capsule's builder. After investigating in Venice and Rio de Janeiro, Bond is captured by Drax and discovers that the villain has a launch base for space rockets, with which he plans to spread a toxic gas that will wipe out life on Earth. This is the first phase of a diabolical plan that the agent, aided by Dr. Goodhead, will try to foil.
