Casino Royale opens with James Bond, an MI6 agent who has just earned the code 00, the license to kill that makes him an elite spy. Directed by Martin Campbell and starring Daniel Craig, the film presents a Bond who is still less experienced and must prove he deserves his new rank. His next target takes him far from London, to Uganda, where Mr. White arranges a meeting between the banker Le Chiffre and a guerrilla fighter who only wants to protect his money. Le Chiffre moves funds for terrorists, and the British agent has to find out how far that network reaches. The first step is to follow the money, without yet knowing the price of each move.

[In a monotone voice after being implanted with a tracking chip in his arm before Q] Ow.
And now he knows something about you. He knows you're reckless. [Steps into a lift elevator, without James] Take the next one. Take the next one. There isn't enough space for me and your ego.
[To Vesper] You represent the Treasury.
[Last lines] I'm sorry, James. [The lift she is in falls into water and she drowns]
[Takes documents out of envelope in his vehicle] I love you too, M.
[Bond returns to his seat in a game of poker after being poisoned] I'm sorry. That last hand... nearly killed me.
