What Season 2 of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation

Season two opens with the Las Vegas crime lab team now settled into their routines. Grissom, a reserved and not very sociable forensic entomologist, keeps reading scenes through insects and tiny details. Catherine Willows, his right hand and a single mother with a cop's instincts, divides her attention between work and her personal life. Cases come one after another: a disappearance at a university, casino robberies, a collision between a train and an SUV, and a book restoration case. Each investigation forces the team to turn physical clues into proof that points to the culprit. Meanwhile, some team members start to question Grissom's leadership, and that tension weighs on colleagues who depend on one another.

But further examination of the corpse reveals that Braun had been restrained at some point with duct tape, leading Grissom to believe that the victim was forced to ingest lethal amounts of heroin and, perhaps, other drugs.
