What Season 8 of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation

Season eight opens with the disappearance of Sara Sidle, and her colleagues set out to find her. From there, the Las Vegas crime lab team goes back to its routine: entering a crime scene, gathering evidence and turning it into the proof that points to the culprit. Gil Grissom, a forensic entomologist who is reserved and not very good at socializing, reads every scene through insects and tiny details. Catherine Willows, his right hand and a single mother, brings a cop's instincts to the job. Cases pile up under constant pressure, and each person's personal life seeps into the investigations. Warrick, meanwhile, ends up in the crosshairs of a mob-linked case and Internal Affairs.
