What Season 5 of Cuéntame cómo pasó

The season opens on New Year's Eve 1970, with the Alcántara family sitting in silence and in no mood to celebrate. The crisis strikes Antonio and Mercedes's marriage, and also Meyni, the boutique Merche runs with Nieves that barely sells anything. Mercedes and Herminia head off to Sagrillas, while in Madrid Paquita, Merche's niece, arrives looking for her boyfriend. Toni works on a construction site and has to give his room to his cousin. Antonio, growing more distant from his wife, gets close to Elisa, and Merche's pregnancy adds another worry to a family that can't find its way.
