What Season 1 of High Potential

Morgan Gillory is a single mother of three who works as a cleaner for the Los Angeles Police Department. With an IQ of 160, she spends her days mopping the floors and hallways of the police station, until she cracks a tough case with unconventional reasoning and sharp observation skills. Her success wins over the police, who offer her a civilian consultant position in Major Crimes. There she works with Detective Adam Karadec, who doubts she has anything to bring to the team. Meanwhile, Morgan searches for Roman, the father of her daughter Ava, who disappeared when the girl was a baby, and she turns to the LAPD's own resources to find him.
