What Season 2 of MacGyver

Angus MacGyver works for the Phoenix Foundation, based in Los Angeles, and collaborates with the Department of External Services, a U.S. government agency. A trained physicist and former explosives expert in Vietnam, he prefers to think things through rather than resort to violence. Each assignment forces him to solve problems in the field, with lives at stake and only the materials he has on hand. His missions take him from a military base whose security system turns against him to a desert where four kids are lost after a plane crash. Along the way, he crosses paths with friends in trouble, con artists and mobsters. Jack Dalton, Pete Thornton and Penny Parker join the lead character on several of these cases.
